Aside from being a journey, we can all agree life is hard.

I'm no coach, but I've lived a full life and continue my journey seeking to learn and improve daily.

In the United States, the Surgeon General has voiced concerns about a new public health epidemic - loneliness. Some of the mental and physical detriments of loneliness: heart disease, stroke, and dementia.

1 out of 2 people suffer from loneliness. The definition isn't what you might tell yourself, so keep reading to see if the way you feel could be better identified. It's worth the interest as loneliness is on par with smoking when it comes to mortality.

Whether you're a CEO, recent grad, work the midnight shift, unemployed, disabled, retired - you're human.

Humans crave connection.

We're story tellers. We love to be heard. We intrinsically want to be part of a tribe or community.

The past several years we've evolved into a new way of living. In many ways, a lesser way of living or at least caring for ourselves. With connectivity and bandwidth at all time lows, we need to find ways to connect with others to create community and benefit from sharing and listening.

I'm a companion and an advocate.

I'm hear to listen, sit in the mud with you, and share my knowledge, when relevant, in an effort to provide new ideas to help provide direction while creating value towards your efforts to live a better life.
